Mr. Jeff Payne is Chief Financial Officer of Picwell Inc., a health care information technology company that insurance carriers, brokers, and agents use to help consumers select the best health care plan. Picwell’s Advisory Tool is a predictive decision support tool that asks users a few simple questions to generate scores based on an individual’s projected health care spend, risk tolerance, lifestyle preferences and behavior patterns. Carriers and brokers benefit from reduced churn, lower selling costs, and higher customer satisfaction and retention. Mr. Payne previously served as Chief Financial Officer of Clinical Ink, an eClinical company providing electronic case report forms and patient retention and engagement services. During his tenure as Chief Financial Officer of CRF Health, an international provider of eCOA solutions, CRF Health became the leading provider of eCOA solutions and Mr. Payne oversaw its successful sale to a London-based private equity firm. Mr. Payne held a variety of previous positions: as Chief Financial Officer of TRANZACT, a direct-to-consumer insurance marketing company; Chief Financial Officer and co-founder of The Credo Group, which developed alternative Internet distribution channels for life and health insurance companies and was sold to TRANZACT; and as Chief Financial Officer of DiMark Marketing. Mr. Payne began his career as an auditor with Arthur Andersen and is a Certified Public Accountant and Chartered Global Management Accountant.
