Judith Ng-Cashin,
MD

Dr. Judith Ng-Cashin is a senior physician executive with more than twenty years of experience in medicine discovery and development, portfolio strategy, marketed product support, medical governance, clinical research, bench science, and clinical medicine. Dr. Ng-Cashin currently serves as Chief Scientific Officer at Syneos Health, where she leads the integration of their therapeutic and medical and scientific expertise within clinical development and phase 1-4 trial delivery. Prior to joining Syneos Health, she was Vice President of Advisory Services in a management consultancy focused on biopharma and the health industry.

Dr. Ng-Cashin previously spent more than nine years in Research and Development at a top five pharmaceutical company. This experience spanned all phases of drug development including medical affairs and marketed product support, primarily in infectious diseases and dermatology, as well as managing the therapeutic area global portfolios, spanning early assets to marketed products, and global development strategy and franchise/portfolio strategy and prioritization.

Dr. Ng-Cashin earned her MD from Rush Medical College, and trained in Internal Medicine at the University of Chicago. She went on to sub-specialty fellowship training at the University of North Carolina in infectious diseases and hematology after which she served on the clinical faculty there. Dr. Ng-Cashin also has basic science research experience in tumor immunology and the role of chemokines and dentritic cells in tumor immunosurveillance.
