  Students eligible for complimentary registration rates must provide documentation of the following:

  • Enrollment of at least 12 undergraduate hours or 9 graduate hours per semester, showing 2 consecutive semesters meeting full time credit requirements, in a degree or certificate-granting academic program in an accredited academic institution, whose content is consistent with the mission of DIA.
  • Current Student ID

  Students who are currently employed full-time are not eligible.

  MUST BE A STUDENT AT THE TIME OF THE EVENT OR HAVE GRADUATED WITHIN THREE MONTHS OF THE EVENT DATE. THE ONLY ITEM THAT WILL DISPLAY ON THE COMPANY AREA ON YOUR BADGE WILL BE YOUR ACADEMIC INSTITUTION. *POST-DOCTORAL FELLOWS ARE INELIGIBLE AND WILL BE CHARGED AT THE ACADEMIC RATE

  Patient Partners are eligible for a rate of $250. Requirements Include the Following:

  • Represent a 501(c)(3) organization based in the United States or registered charity in Canada or Latin America that serves constituents with major and/or rare diseases
  • Serve in a leadership position or in a volunteer role with the executive, programmatic, policy, or advocacy responsibility; and
  • Be familiar with activities related to medical and device product development or therapeutic access
  • Commit to disseminate outcomes from the meeting to your network

• Groups Rates

  Register five individuals from the same company and receive complimentary registration for a sixth! All six individuals must register and prepay at the same time – no exceptions. DIA will apply the value of the lowest applicable fee to this complimentary registration; it does NOT include fees for optional events or DIA membership. You may substitute group participants of the same membership status at any time; however, administrative fees may be incurred. Group registration is not available online and does not apply to the already-discounted fees for government or charitable nonprofit/academia. 

  To take advantage of this offer, please complete a registration form for EACH of the six registrants from your company, as well as payment. Include the names of all six group registrants on each of the forms under the group category of the form and return them together to CustomerService@DIAglobal.org. Once received DIA will determine what participant will receive the complimentary registration, based on lowest applicable fee.
