Exhibit Personnel Registration

Online Registration is no longer available. You can register at the Onsite Exhibitor Registration Desk, located on the Level 3 concourse of McCormick Place West.

If you are arriving by taxi or ride share, Gate 40 of McCormick Place West, located on South Indiana Avenue, between East Cermak and East 24th Place is the most convenient entrance for DIA 2022.

Exhibitor registration is open at 8:00am, Saturday through Wednesday.

Please note, DIA is a vaccine required event. You must provide proof of vaccination validation along with a government issued ID

Badge Allotments - Each 10x10 booth includes 1 full meeting and 3 booth personnel badges (a 10x20 would include 2 full meeting and 6 booth personnel badges, and so on). Certain exhibitor sponsorship opportunities include additional booth personnel badges as well.

Once you’ve used up your allotment, additional staff would need to register as attendees for the meeting at the appropriate registration rate. DIA does not sell additional booth personnel badges.
