Agata Bloswick is Executive Director and Global Head of Start-up Operations for the Drug Development operating segment of Laboratory Corporation of America Holdings (“Labcorp” – NYSE: LH), an S&P 500 company. As head of the department, Agata supports $2.5B in annual revenue, oversees 500 FTEs across 60 countries and manages an operating budget of $41M. Agata holds a PhD in pharmacology and pharmacy from Jagiellonian University, and has been a fellow at the Center for Leadership Program in partnership with the Harvard University Kennedy School of Government. She has contributed to the field of bioethics, speaking at the conferences at UNESCO and the Yale University Interdisciplinary Center for Bioethics.

Karla Childers is Head, Bioethics-based Science & Technology Policy in the Johnson & Johnson Office of the Chief Medical Officer. Her primary responsibility is leading and coordinating various bioethics-based, science policy projects since 2013. Her longest running responsibility has been the support and coordination of J&J’s Clinical Trial Data Transparency Initiative. She is the Chair of the J&J Bioethics Committee and serves as a bioethics subject matter expert for internal and external policy work. Ms. Childers began her career in industry as a chemist and then project manager for global drug development teams. Ms. Childers is also the co-chair of the DIA Bioethics Community.

Lindsay McNair, MD, MPH, MSB is Principal Consultant at Equipoise Consulting. She was previously the Chief Medical Officer for WCG. In role she oversaw WCG IRB, and provided consultation to institutions and biopharma companies on a wide range of issues related to clinical protocol design, regulatory compliance, human subject protection, and ethical policy development. Prior to joining WCG, she was a consultant to pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies, providing medical oversight of all phases of clinical trials.

Dr. Serhiy Mykhaylov is the Clinical Research Director in Ukraine Ukraine, Georgia and CIS for MSD. Serhiy has accumulated 18 years of clinical research experience from CROs and pharmaceutical companies. He is a qualified physician with a post-grad qualification in obstetrics and gynecology. He holds MBA from The Open University Business School, UK. During 2010-2015 he acted as a Chairman and between 2017-2019 as a co-Chairman of the Clinical Trial Committee of European Business Association (EBA) in Ukraine.
