Brooke has an integral role in shaping the discourse surrounding data and technology in regulatory affairs through her work with DIA as programming chair for the Data & Technology Track and as the co-chair of the DIA RA Community.

Diana’s background is in pharmaceutical Drug Development in the areas of Chemistry Manufacturing and Controls (CMC) Regulatory, Quality control and Information management. In her current role, Diana is leading cross functional initiatives and delivering solutions for integrated regulatory process, leveraging technology and information management strategies ensuring regulatory compliance for clinical and commercial products. Her passion is in expanding the scientific knowledge and utilizing cutting edge technologies such as Blockchain, IoT and Artificial Intelligence to drive innovation and advance new medicines.

Sarah Ropper brings more than 20 years of experience as a subject matter expert, effective change agent and expert strategist focused in both the private and public sector. She excels at partnering with clients to achieve digital transformation: identifying goals, establishing strategies, designing to-be models and executing on transformation plans. Her motto with her clients is, “Can we think bigger?” Key areas of interest include mission-meaningful data sharing and presentation, as well as leveraging new technologies—such as blockchain—to better enable the mission.

Usha is a self-motivated entrepreneur and a Microsoft Global Black belt Blockchain Architect. She has dedicated much of her career to emerging technologies and innovation working with clients and developing her own community groups, blogs, and companies. Usha helps Microsoft’s clients realize their innovation edge by helping them identify, transform and recognize business impact by leveraging Blockchain. Usha holds an MBA from WP Carey School of Business, Arizona State University and an undergrad Mechanical Engineering degree. She possess a number of certifications including PMP, Platinum Hackathon Leader, and Certification in Decision Analysis and Risk Management.
