To help accelerate implementation of clinical evidence into clinical practice, medical insights capabilities must evolve to realize the true value to the healthcare ecosystem. Most organizations can find it a significant challenge to identify real insights and link them to actions to demonstrate their impact. Optimizing data and advanced analytics, along with staff training, will be critical to driving data-driven decisions based upon meaningful insights. In this session, we will explore how a successful insights capability has the power to create real impact that leverages actionable insights to drive patient outcomes.

  • Identify ways to evaluate the current methods utilized for collecting and analyzing medical insights within Medical Affairs
  • Discuss best practices and inherent challenges when collecting and evaluating medical insights and linking them to actionable data-driven decisions
