The use of artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) can increase efficiency in promotional review and help reviewers with their performance. Currently a few companies and vendors are using advanced analytics in promotional review. Additionally, the use of AI in the actual review process of promotional materials will be discussed.
