Speakers will discuss ways that patients were involved, barriers overcome, value gained, and lessons learned when including patients at different stages – from the design to the communication of results - of patient preference studies.

Learning Objective : 1. Discuss examples of patient involvement in the PREFER case studies and identify activities that facilitate active and effective involvement of patients as partners or collaborators; 2. Evaluate opportunities and strategies to facilitate patient involvement in the design, conduct, organization and communication of patient preference studies.
