She currently works in Global Project Management and Leadership at Daiichi-Sankyo headquartered in Tokyo, Japan. Usha holds a Masters Degree in Biochemistry, is PMP-certified, and is a Six Sigma Green Belt.

She manages 5 development programs focused on addressing the unmet needs of patients with rare lung diseases. Kelly has been with United Therapeutics for 7 years. Previously, Kelly was the Head of Global Marketing Strategy for AstraZeneca’s Oncology Business Unit, and a strategy consultant with The Boston Consulting Group and Booz Allen Hamilton. Kelly holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BSBA in International Finance from American University. Kelly is an Executive Board Member for Compass Pro Bono. She and her husband live in Washington, DC with their two small children.
