Dwayne Stanley is a Program Leadership professional who partners with cross-functional teams to design, develop and deliver products within the medical device and pharmaceutical industries. After spending almost two decades in the medical device industry, Dwayne transitioned to the biotech/pharmaceutical industry in 2019. He has expanded his breadth of knowledge in the area of launching drug products aimed at improving the quality of life for patients with cancer and other serious diseases through novel epigenetic medicines. Most recently, Dwayne has transitioned to Kaleido Biosciences, as their Director of Program Management, running programs that target the microbiome to treat disease and improve human health.
