Community Outreach Event

Join us in giving back to the community!  This year, we are partnering with the Children’s Hospital of Eastern Ontario (CHEO) to kick off the DIA Annual Canadian Meeting 2016 with a community outreach activity!

As an attendee of the DIA Annual Canadian Meeting, you and your guests are invited to help make a difference by joining your fellow colleagues in the Victoria Ballroom on the Lower Level of the Ottawa Marriott Hotel on Monday, October 17, 5:00-6:00PM.

You will be welcomed by a representative of CHEO and will work in small groups to create activity packets for the CHEO emergency waiting room. All unused materials will be donated to the hospital.

While DIA brings together key thought leaders, industry experts, academics, medical professionals, and Health Canada representatives for this educational offering, it is important to utilize our presence as a way to give back to the community that we leave our footprint on every year. 

Help us say ‘thank you’ by supporting the leaders of tomorrow at CHEO, whose focus is on creating cures and implementing the newest technologies and advancements in medicine to ensure children can thrive in their community.

Group Discounts

Buy 3 Get 1 Free

Register three individuals from the same company and receive complimentary registration for a fourth! All four individuals must register and prepay at the same time – no exceptions. DIA will apply the value of the lowest applicable fee to this complimentary registration; it does NOT include fees for optional events or DIA membership. You may substitute group participants of the same membership status at any time; however, administrative fees may be incurred.

Group registration is not available online and does not apply to the already-discounted fees for government or charitable nonprofit/academia. To take advantage of this offer, please print a registration form for EACH of the four registrants from your company. Include the names of all four group registrants on each of the forms and return them together to DIA.
