Liz has delivered CRO-Vendor Oversight/Management training for DIA at the Annual Meeting and as a DIA public course since 2010.

Joan Versaggi is a quality-compliance, quality systems and metrics expert with over twenty-five years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry working with large and small pharmaceutical and biotech companies. She is a well-versed clinical research professional whose expertise includes: Clinical Quality Assurance, Clinical Research Processes, Process Improvement and Change Management. Joan has a BS in Biology from Juniata College and an MBA in Management from West Chester University.
