This session will examine how a contract research organization and an institutional review board have established a partnership to solidify an efficient, high-quality start-up process that expands its reach well past regulatory and ethics reviews.

Learning Objective : Discuss an example of breaking the mold of traditional partnerships; Describe how this partnership is novel in concept and can positively influence the way contract research organizations, sponsors, and vendors can work together to achieve high quality output from sites; Explain how forging partnerships with other vendors can help to achieve common goals, improving upon study timelines, quality and efficiency.
