Building trusting relationships among members is one of the keys to success for any team. We will discuss how the relationships should be formed and maintained, paying particular attention to diverse teams that comprise members from the West and Asia.

Learning Objective : Describe technical maps to measure distances among your colleagues, especially those from different cultural backgrounds, and yourself; Identify and manage general processes to create relationships and build trust; Illustrate success factors to effectively work together among Korean, Chinese, Japanese and Western team members.
