Dr. von Fritschen is a trained pharmacist with a PhD in natural sciences and over 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. She is currently owner and managing director of AddOn Pharma GmbH.
Her core competences include consultancy and providing customized services for both the pharmaceutical industry and health authorities, focusing on Regulatory Science, Regulatory Intelligence, and Regulatory Policy.
Dr. von Fritschen is a passionate and dedicated networker, stimulating debate between all involved stakeholders in the pharmaceutical field.
Dr. von Fritschen has been a member of DIA since 2005, participated in several DIA EuroMeetings, seminars, and training courses, and is currently the elected chair of the DIA Regional Advisory Council, EMEA.
