Justina Molzon, JD
Excellence in Service Award
Justina Molzon is a recently retired commissioned officer in the US Public Health Service, as well as a pharmacist and attorney. She served as the Associate Center Director for International Programs, Center for Drug Evaluation and Research (CDER), US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and was a member of CDER’s senior staff. One of her primary responsibilities was coordination of CDER’s efforts related to the International Conference on Harmonisation of Technical Requirements for Registration of Pharmaceuticals for Human Use (ICH). She also coordinated CDER’s activities related to the President’s Emergency Plan for Aids Relief (PEPFAR) and was involved in technical outreach to the PEPFAR focus countries. She has been actively involved in the DIA educational platform for many years teaching courses and speaking at conferences, including serving on the program committee for the DIA Latin America Regulatory Conference (LARC). Justina is also a highly valued editorial board member of the DIA digital magazine, The Global Forum, which she currently serves in the role of Content Editor for Laws and Regulations.
