Martina Laus
Leader of Tomorrow Award
Martina Lauš works in Novartis, Switzerland as a member of the Real World Evidence Centre of Excellence team. Prior to that, she held local Quality Assurance and global Quality Intelligence roles in Novartis. Martina is involved in topics related to talent management in the pharmaceutical companies and sustainable development in the business setting. Outside work, she is an active volunteer in several international pharmaceutical associations, and acts as the ISPE European Chair for Young Professionals who work in the pharmaceutical industry. Martina won the DIA Leader of Tomorrow award in 2019, and graduated as a Master of Pharmacy at the University of Zagreb in Croatia.
