Howe Li

Dr. Howe Li is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of DeltaMed; he is also the founder and former CEO of Tigermed-IntelliPV, and formerly served as Chief Medical Officer of Tigermed. Dr. Li previously served as global safety lead, manager, executive director and other capacities for such multinational companies as Quintiles, Abbott, Sanofi-Pasteur, Bristol-Myers Squibb, and Amylin. A recognized ICH expert in China, he is an adjunct instructor at Tsinghua Medical School; adjunct professor at Yeehong Business School; and adjunct professor at Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine and advisor to the SJTU Clinical Research Center. Dr. Li earned his Medical Degree in Pathology from Peking Medical Union College.
