This broad category addresses interpersonal skills, soft skills, leadership, goal-setting, life-long learning, career transitions (career growth, lateral career transitions, and entrepreneurship), social media/new media and self-awareness in assessing personal strengths and gaps.

This track is designed to provide life science professionals with the insights and practical solutions that improve and support ongoing individual personal growth for career and team success.
