Objectives

CSR files are stored safely on remote servers. Most of the times, the amount of files is big. Accessing time to those files can be more than what we can spare. This paper will explore what Python program can do for us to shrink the time.

Method

1. Prior to deliver, instead of checking each file, Python can extract information such as protocol No., titles, total pages, headers, date of creation, etc. and put them into one file. 2. For team reviews, providing a single pdf that combined all the files saves time in reviewing process.

Results

The paper will explain how the Python scripts work and how much faster the Python scripts can accomplish the same job as compared to the old methods. [Still working]

Conclusion

This paper demonstrates that learning and using Python can offer us the tools to achieve the same productivity by increasing efficiency using the same resources. [Still working]
