The 6th DIA China Clinical Project Management Workshop

Overview

This is a hands-on skills based course. Where you see “Understanding your project” the attendees will be working on their own project/s they are currently assigned. It is my intention that the skills passed on in the course lead to the attendees being able to construct their own RFPs, proposals, SOW, TOAs, Project Plans [complete], Communication Plans, and Close Out Plans.
