The 28th DIA Japan Annual Workshop for Clinical Data Management

Overview

The 28th DIA Japan Annual Workshop for Clinical Data Management

“Creating Value of the Data, by the Data, for the Data: The Synergy of CDM and Technology”

Clinical data collection and process management have recently undergone a great transformation with the rapid advancement of technology. As digitalization progresses, data quality is improving, utilization needs are increasing, and clinical development is being promoted faster and more effectively. On the other hand, the nature of CDM, which is responsible for data handling and data quality in clinical development, remains unchanged. This 28th CDM Workshop will explore how we can create value from data while being aware of data governance, even in a diversifying environment.

Through this workshop, participants will deepen their understanding of CDM methodology while touching on the latest technologies and various related experiences, to gain specific knowledge and tips on how to apply a new vision for data utilization in healthcare and research institutions and pharmaceutical companies. We also expect to create new “chemical reactions” by fostering creative networking and collaboration opportunities with people across different industries. We hope you will bring new perspectives and useful tips that create value from your data back from this Workshop.
