Registration Rates

 Registration fees (All fees are subject to VAT, where applicable):

 * Early Bird registration only eligible for Member Industry Rate.

Small and Medium Enterprise (SME)

A special SME fee (EUR 1450*) is available for limited number of places. Criteria and Steps to Apply:

Available for professionals from small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) which are registered as SME by the EMA. To benefit from the discounted reate the company needs to be listed on the EMA SME site and we require a copy of the confirmation email issued by the European Medicines Agency and the registration number. 

• If you wish to apply, download and complete the Registration Form.
• Please send a copy of the completed Registration Form as well as the conformation email, company's SME number included via email to basel@diaglobal.org.

Group Discounts for Industry Members

Group registration is only available for industry members, through Customer Service. If currently a nonmember, register for DIA Membership prior to completing the group registration. Contact DIA at Basel@DIAglobal.org to benefit from this rate.

Eligibility and Process:

• Qualification: A group of 4 or more individuals from the same company.
• Membership Requirement: Nonmembers must register for DIA Membership before completing group registration.
• Application Method: Send registrations via email to basel@diaglobal.org.
• Substitutions: Allowed, but the new attendee must have an active DIA membership.

Important Conditions:

• Minimum Group Size: If cancellations reduce the group size to fewer than 4, remaining registrations will be recalculated at the standard rate. Additional payment is required before access to the conference.
• Group Rate: EUR 1440.00 plus VAT (if applicable) per member.

Registration Steps:

1. Print Registration Forms: Obtain a registration form for each group member.
2. Include Names: List all four group registrants on each form.
3. Submit Forms: Email the completed forms to basel@diaglobal.org.

Note: Group registration is not available online; it must be completed via email.

Press and Media Registrations

Media registration is open to editors and reporters working full-time for print, broadcast, or web publications with valid press credentials. Please email basel@DIAglobal.org for full requirements and registration.
