Do you have special offers for accommodation? 

DIA has appointed Pure Conferences as exclusive and official accommodation partner for DIA Europe 2026. Pure Conferences has secured and negotiated special rates and conditions. Don't lose sleep over your hotel booking and book your hotel here

Where can I park closest to the venue? 

With more than 2,500 parking spaces, Rotterdam Ahoy offers plenty of room for parking your car. Parking at Ahoy costs €19.50 per event day. Our parking spaces are accessible via Ahoyweg and Zuiderparkweg. Via Ahoyweg generally allows for the quickest parking. 

 

Is there an official travel agency?  

DIA does not work with an official travel agency for travel arrangements. Fraudulent websites may pretend to represent DIA or DIA Europe 2026. Pay close attention to possible scams and be sure not to share your personal details without verification. 

 

MEETING PRACTICALITIES

 

How do I get access to meeting information before and during DIA Europe ? 

All information will be available at your fingertips via the DIA app. 

  • App Store “My DIA” 
  • Google Play “My DIA” 

The DIA Europe 2026 event will be accessible to all (paid or complimentary) meeting participants), approximately 1 month before DIA Europe (23 February 2026). The app will bring you all information, programme details, attendee profiles, networking, and much more! 

 

Where can I find the most updated programme for DIA Europe 2026? 

DIA Europe 2026 will focus on sustainability, innovation and collaboration – three key pillars for shaping the future of healthcare. A great programme promising cutting-edge insights, bold ideas, and transformative perspectives is developed by the DIA Europe 2026 Programme Committee and DIA Team. The most updated agenda and programme information can be found here.

I am presenting a poster, when should I mount my poster ? 

Posters must be mounted on 24 March between 07:30-10:00.

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions? 

If you follow a special diet or have allergies, please let us know so we can make sure that we are accommodating your needs. The submitted information is going to be confidentially handled by DIA Staff and the dedicated caterer. 

 

What networking opportunities are available? 

Participating at DIA Europe offers you unlimited opportunities to make new contacts and friends to advance your global network. Some networking highlights: 

  • Interactive session formats
  • Coffee and lunch breaks in the exhibition area
  • Informal networking receptions ( 24 March and 25 March - 18:30-19:30 )
  • The My DIA App (as of 23 February)

 

Will content be available after DIA Europe 2026? 

Most of the programme is recorded and will made available on the DIA Europe online event platform / My DIA App for registered participants. Recordings and Presentations will be made available as of 6 April 2026. The event platform will close on 26 June 2026. 

 

REGISTRATION INFORMATION

 

Is registration open for DIA Europe 2026? 

Yes, and we’d love your participation! You can register here

 

Do you have a justification letter? 

To show your organsiation and supervisor why attending DIA Europe is essential for your business and your professional development plan, download and complete our justification letter

 

Can I transfer my registration to a colleague? 

You may transfer your registration to a colleague prior to the start of the event but membership is not transferable. Substitute attendees will be responsible for the non-member fee, if applicable. Please notify DIA EMEA office of any such substitutions as soon as possible.  

 

What is the attendee cancellation policy? 

All cancellations must be in writing and be received at the DIA EMEA office four weeks prior to the event start date. Full event cancellations are subject to an administrative fee: 

  • Industry (Member/Non-member) : €200.00
  • Academia/Charitable/Government /Non-profit (Full-Time) (Member/Non-member): €100.00
  • Tutorial cancellation: €50.00

If you do not cancel four weeks prior to the event start date and do not attend, you will be responsible for the full registration fee. DIA reserves the right to alter the venue and dates if necessary. If an event is postponed or cancelled, DIA is not responsible for airfare, hotel or other costs incurred by registered attendees. Registered attendees are responsible for cancelling their own hotel and travel reservations. 

 

Where and when will I receive my badge? 

Badges need to be printed at the meeting. Prior to the meeting, you will receive your QR code which will allow you to print your badge at one of the self-scanning stations in the DIA Europe Registration area, located on the 2nd floor of Ahoy, during the following times:

  • Monday, 23 March 13:00-17:00
  • Tuesday, 24 March 07:30-19:00
  • Wednesday, 25 March 07:30-17:00
  • Thursday, 26 March 08:00-12:00

You are strongly advised to come and print your badge on Monday to avoid the crowds on Tuesday morning. 

 

Will I receive certificate of attendance (CoA)? 

Certificates are only made available to participants who have attended the meeting. Your personal certificate of attendance can be downloaded in your DIA Membership account as of Monday, 30 March 2026.
