In 2017, she joined PAREXEL International K.K. and was engaged in the development of rare disease and regenerative medicine products as a CRA. In 2022, she moved to Novartis Pharma K.K. and currently involved in clinical trials as Clinical Project Manager. Outside of the company, she has been part of the DIA Operation Team since 2020, planning and managing workshops and training video delivery for young generation. With the cooperation of the DIA community, she conducts study sessions on a wide range of topics that are only possible at DIA, including not only Clinical Operations, but also HEOR (Health Economics and Outcomes Research), regenerative medicine, and project management.
