Roz leads Parexel’s Patient Innovation Center, dedicated to improving patient access to and experiences in clinical trials. Focused particularly on the reduction of geographical, financial and practical barriers to study participation, she is excited by the industry shift towards a truly patient centric approach. An early role in an oncology clinic sparked her passion for putting patients first which, along with her innovation experience, has been fundamental in setting up Parexel's patient engagement and decentralised trial services. She holds a BSc in Psychology and Management, an MSc in Health Psychology, and regularly presents at conferences and authors publications as an expert in her field.

Michelle has 34 years of clinical research experience in a range of capacities including project management, portfolio management, strategic partnerships, and business leadership. Her experiences creating complete product development plans, designing novel regulatory pathways to approval, writing both strategic and tactical business development plans, and supporting product commercialization objectives and life cycle management have provided her with a well-grounded perspective on the business of clinical development. Michelle is General Manager of Cytel's data operations and biometrics unit and was Chief Data Officer at Parexel. In both roles, she is focused on bringing the promise of data and technology to reality for patients.
