Overview
Anyone working in regulated product development, especially in clinical trials, and, in fact, every one of us needs or wishes to influence others to achieve changes in practices or behavior. Often, we face resistance or even hostility. The good news is that we can learn how to influence others not just by trying but through a deeper understanding of influence and human behavior and implementing correct techniques.
We will provide an overview of theoretical fundamentals of influence, continue with a roundtable discussion sharing experiences, provide practical tips, and keep enough time for our audience to ask questions.
