Stefan has extensive experience leading complex technical transitions and organizational change processes, including the implementation and optimization of global safety databases and cloud-based PV platforms. Stefan holds a MBA with a focus on Change Management, Leadership, and Strategy Analysis.

Ravi is an expert in Pharmacovigilance, Clinical research and Medical affairs domains with over 17 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry. He is specifically passionate about training and mentoring and served as 'Train the Trainer' in global pharmaceutical companies such as Merck Inc. and Apotex Inc and has been training since 2010. He worked extensively with all major regulators which include US FDA, Health Canada, EMA, MHRA, Saudi FDA, Mexico MoH, etc where he interacted face-to-face with the regulators. He has rich experience in all aspects of PV and he is a certified investigator in Quality Management Systems.
