Participants must complete the on demand training, complete the online post assessment with a passing score of 80% or better, and complete the evaluation in order to be able to receive an IACET statement of credit.

Statement of Credit:

In order to receive Continuing Education Credit, participants will need to complete the on demand training, complete the online pre-assessment and post-assessment with a passing score of 80% or better, and complete the evaluation.

In order to request your online credit through My Transcript, visit www.diaglobal.org, select “Sign in” and you will be prompted for your user ID and password (if you do not know your username and password, choose Forgot Your User ID/Password). Choose MENU, found in upper left corner. Under EVENTS, select “Continuing Education”. Select the blue “My Transcript” button followed by “Credit Request”.
