This module presents a process for establishing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders—healthcare professionals (HCPs) who influence the practice of medicine. It explores the principles and strategies used to plan, execute, and maintain effective stakeholder engagement..

  • Identify key types of stakeholder engagements, including investigator-initiated studies, promotional speaker programs, medical advisory boards, medical society engagements, and engaging with digital opinion leaders
