UK National QPPV Workshop

The pharmacovigilance landscape is not standing still, and <STRONG>neither can the role of the QPPV

Overview

New technologies, evolving regulatory expectations and increasingly complex global operating models are changing how pharmacovigilance systems are designed, managed and overseen. QPPVs must continue to meet today’s requirements while also preparing their organisations for what comes next.

This year, the UK National QPPV Forum will do more than deliver essential regulatory updates. We want to challenge participants to look ahead, question established approaches and consider what they would like to change about the future of pharmacovigilance in the UK.

Are current oversight models still fit for purpose? Could established ways of working become more proportionate and better aligned with global systems? What should good governance look like as AI and automation become part of everyday pharmacovigilance? And where could closer collaboration between regulators and industry turn shared challenges into practical solutions?

What you will learn

The Forum is where the UK pharmacovigilance community comes together. It offers a unique opportunity for QPPVs, regulators, inspectors, industry leaders, consultants and other key stakeholders to step outside their organisational boundaries, exchange perspectives and start the conversations that can lead to meaningful change.

Participants will hear directly from regulatory and industry experts about emerging priorities, changing expectations and the developments shaping the future of pharmacovigilance. However, the audience will not only be invited to listen. Through open discussion, practical perspectives and interactive exchanges, participants will be encouraged to challenge current practices, test new ideas and help identify what should happen next.

This is the place to ask the difficult questions, learn from different perspectives and turn common challenges into a shared agenda for the future.
