In this workshop, we aim to share experiences by looking at several case studies that challenge the oversight and governance that is part of the role of the QPPV.

This practical and interactive workshop is aimed at:

• QPPVs
• Deputies and colleagues working in the QPPV Office
• QA/Compliance functions heavily involved with QPPV oversight processes

Through interactive discussions, each participant can benefit from shared experiences and thoughts from fellow QPPVs, with a specific focus on the new frontiers involving:

• Technology
• Systems
• Business partners
• Internal stakeholders

We will be working on several case studies based on actual situations that could occur in any size company, discussing processes and best approaches related to:

• QPPV oversight vs operational execution
• Governance models in complex / global PV systems
• Decision-making, delegation, escalation, and documentation of QPPV accountability
• Hybrid models with outsourced activities

The workshop will look at how these processes would be embedded in the day-to-day operations/PV QMS to ensure robust QPPV oversight; documented in the PSMF and explained during audits/inspections.

The workshop follows the Chatham House Rule and respects confidentiality and proprietary information.
