**Please note that multiple factors, including legal status as a non-profit, will determine whether non-profit rates apply to you. DIA reserves the right to make that determination according to internal criteria. All Trade Associations are by definition excluded from registering with these rates.

Cancellations and Refunds  

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to support@raps.org. Cancellations received by 27 December 2024 will receive a full refund minus a 20% administrative fee. RAPS is unable to accept cancellations by phone. DIA and RAPS reserve the right to cancel this program at their sole discretion. DIA and RAPS will not be responsible for travel or other costs incurred due to cancellation.   

Substitutions 

Paid registration substitutions may be accepted with written approval from DIA and RAPS for requests received before the start of the event. To transfer a registration, email support@raps.org with the event title, name of the original registrant and the contact information for the new attendee.  

Proof of Attendance 

A certificate of attendance will be sent after the event.
