After graduating from the University of Osaka ,Graduate School of Medicine, Division of Health Sciences in 2004, Mr. Asano began working for a company related to clinical trials and clinical research, where he held administrative and managerial positions, and since 2013, he has been engaged in supporting the development of new medical treatments originating from academia and the operation of ethics review board, as well as organizational management.

She has led pioneering work on patient experience data, engagement intelligence, and embedding the patient voice in ESG and investment strategies. Based in Canada, with a Master of Health Science from the University of Toronto and lived caregiver experience, Hayley is known for building cross-sector partnerships that bring together biopharma, medtech, regulators, and patient groups to deliver measurable value and better health outcomes

Nobutaka Yagi is a senior patient engagement (PE) specialist at Boehringer Ingelheim. In this position, Mr. Yagi is responsible for leading PE activities in Japan, which also include building evidence captured by patient experience data to amplify values of therapeutic options. Mr Yagi is a thought leader of patient and public involvement in Japan, working for PPI JAPAN, a EUPATI's national platform and closely collaborating with PFMD. Mr. Yagi is also the representative director of YORIAILab, an NPO providing the Clinical Trial Ambassador project. Mr. Yagi has 24 years' experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Mr. Yagi holds a MSc in Statistics from Oregon State University, with additional backgrounds in social/behavioral sciences.

Masanori Okuse is the representative director of The Japanese Association for Psoriatic Disease, and also is a part of the board directors of IFPA, International Federation of Psoriasis Associations, as a patient with psoriatic disease. He formerly worked for pharmaceutical companies and CRO for more than 30 years in total. In the companies, he has a wealth of experience in marketing, medical affairs and clinical trials. He has served as a patient advisor for the Patient Advocacy Committee, PhRMA since 2023.
