US based companies often create global promotional review processes that mirror their US processes, not taking into consideration global factors and needs. Therefore, there are specific considerations when trying to create a “one-size-fits-all” approach. This session will highlight key factors to consider when creating a global process, including::

- Promotional tactics and country requirements
- Organizational structure
- Areas where flexibility and company policies may drive the process
