When creating and providing answers to medical information enquiries, we have the individual as recipient in mind. As we want to move beyond pure provision of information, we need to be cognisant on the impact this information will have on the understanding and behaviour of the healthcare professionals and the patients. In this session, we will discuss several aspects that may influence the creation, the utilisation and the reception of the content of our medical information provision.

Learning Objective :
  • Learn how to use the data to understand the HCPs needs and optimise your content.
  • Work collaboratively across different functions and influencing others through effective communication to meet our HCPs needs (including RWE).
