Jemma Contreras brings over 15 years of biopharmaceutical consulting to her role as Advisory Group Lead for the Risk and Program Management team at Syneos Health. Over the past decade Jemma has established and grown the Risk and Program Management team, leading the development and evolution of new service offerings through continuous improvement approach, listening to the needs of her customers. Jemma also established a thought leadership program connecting leaders in the REMS space in a project-agnostic forum to discuss the changing environment of healthcare, regulatory requirements and managing burden when it comes to developing and implementing successful REMS programs.

Melissa brings almost 20 years of management consulting experience—15 in the biopharmaceutical industry—to her role as a Managing Director in Syneos Health Consulting’s Risk and Program Management Advisory Group. In this role, she oversees teams of consultants working on both new product and multi-sponsor, shared Risk Evaluation Mitigation Strategy (REMS) programs. Melissa provides subject-matter expertise to her clients and drives excellence in execution. As a foundational member of the Advisory Group, Melissa was instrumental in developing the best-in-class tools, processes and methodologies that the teams use to manage all aspects of developing and operationalizing a successful REMS program.
