She has led numerous high profile, cross divisional, global teams and believes the cornerstone of a team’s success is working in harmony with the end in mind. Usha has had the opportunity to work in pharma companies headquartered in the US, Japan, and India and has successfully built global teams leveraging cultural diversity. She currently works in Global Project Management and Leadership at Daiichi-Sankyo headquartered in Tokyo, Japan. Usha holds a Masters Degree in Biochemistry, is PMP-certified, and is a Six Sigma Green Belt.

Kelly Hatcher Turner is the Director of Clinical Program Management at Lung Biotechnology, a subsidiary of United Therapeutics Corporation. She manages 5 development programs focused on addressing the unmet needs of patients with rare lung diseases. Kelly has been with United Therapeutics for 7 years. Previously, Kelly was the Head of Global Marketing Strategy for AstraZeneca’s Oncology Business Unit, and a strategy consultant with The Boston Consulting Group and Booz Allen Hamilton. Kelly holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BSBA in International Finance from American University. Kelly is an Executive Board Member for Compass Pro Bono. She and her husband live in Washington, DC with their two small children.
