As Senior Director of Operations, David supports global medical information for pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device clients. He has a background in pharmacy, with a Doctorate of Pharmacy from the University of North Carolina in the United States. During his time at PPD, David has worked with over 30 client contact center programs providing medical information, pharmacovigilance and product complaint processing, patient adherence programs, REMS support and other services. David’s recent experience includes implementing contact center operations in the US, Europe, Latin America and Asia.
