Today’s industry is composed of more and more small biotech and pharma companies that need to use their finite resources to successfully commercialize products. This workshop will provide tips on team building, creating product development plans, choosing your regulatory strategy, regulatory authority interactions, and partnership strategies, while also including case studies to illustrate how these tips can prevent common pitfalls and lead to success.
