The Pharmacovigilance and Risk Management Strategies 2016 conference offers interested companies the opportunity to exhibit with a tabletop display.
Tabletop Exhibit Dates: January 25-27, 2016
Tabletop Fee: $1,500
Fee Includes:
- One six-foot skirted table
- One chair
- Standard electricity
Each tabletop rental requires at least one registered attendee to staff the table. All tabletop staff must be registered conference attendees.
Please note: All display materials must be placed on the tabletop. There will not be room for freestanding banners either next to or behind tabletops. For a layout of the tabletops and food function area, please see the Exhibit Hall Layout link below. Limited seating will be provided in the hall in the morning and afternoon, with the hotel adding tables to the hall each day for lunch.
We are also excited to offer additional marketing opportunities to reach meeting participants, including a premeeting eBlast to registered attendees, social media bundle to drive awareness of your products/services and attendance through DIA’s social media channels and promoted posts on the DIA Global App, plus more.
