He advises companies such as Quintiles Transnational - Real World & Late Phase Research, and others. Until 2015, he was Head of Market Access for Bayer in Japan and led the Medical Economic Evaluation Committee of EFPIA Japan. He graduated from Ecole Superieure de Commerce de Paris (ESCP) and the National Institute of Oriental Language and Civilisations (INALCO) in France.

BS Degree from The Univ. of Tokyo in 2002. PhD Degree. The Univ. of Tokyo in 2008. . After serving as an assistant professor at The univ. of Tokyo in 2008 and an associate professor in 2015, he is in his current position since 2019. He specializes in health economics and pharmacoeconomic. He has continued to construct data to aid decision-making in many areas, including the development of health economic guidelines, cost-effectiveness evaluations of individual medical technologies.
