Learning Objective : Examine the informational needs of patients who seek support and rationale when reviewing clinical treatment options; Identify the trusted sources patients regularly consult when engaged in the clinical treatment decision making process; Discuss how efficient patient-clinician communication can translate into improved consumer support provided by industry.
