Learning Objective : Demonstrate techniques for managing global drug development at a small, virtual company in the areas of cash management, project management and outsourcing; Discuss techniques to budget and forecast with limited cash flow, for virtual team management; Describe strategies for structuring outsourcing contracts in order to minimize risk to capital.
