DIA’s Board of Directors held a second meeting of members on June 23, 2019, in advance of the DIA Global Annual Meeting during which the final Governance Proposal Vote was voted on and approved.
Meeting of Members
DIA’s Board of Directors held a meeting of members on February 4, 2019, to provide a status on the proposed governance change requested by our members. The members approved a second meeting of members to be held on Sunday, June 23, 2019.
Informational Meeting
DIA’s Board of Directors held an informational meeting of members on December 11, 2018, to review the proposed governance change. Following the meeting, all voting members received a proxy ballot, requesting approval to amend the DIA Articles of Incorporation.
