Lead retrieval will be available the LeadCapture App provided by Cvent. The Leads feature will allow your exhibit staff to scan an attendee’s badge, providing back their contact information, while allowing your staff to rate the quality of the lead and add any relevant notes.Exhibitor Directory Listing and Staff Registrations
Part of the materials provided to all meeting participants will be an exhibitor directory including a brief company summary. Please login to the online Manage My Exhibits portal on the DIA website and complete the Directory Listing by Friday, September 30.You may also register the personnel included with your tabletop through Manage My Exhibits if they have not already been registered.
Tabletops include one complimentary full meeting registration – if you are planning on sending additional staff, they would need to register as attendees.
Tabletop Display Policies
Make sure you and your staff are acquainted with the tabletop display policies and procedures for this meeting. Please do not ship displays that not permitted to be used.This is a tabletop exhibit and all display materials must be placed on surface of the table. Pop-up tabletop displays may be used, however, pop-up floor displays designed for a standard 10 foot booth or any other floor display may not be used. No additional equipment or displays may be placed in surrounding area. There will not be room for freestanding banners next to your table but may be placed directly behind your table.
Brochure Table
There will be a table in the registration/foyer area where you may also place a stack of brochures. Signage on the table will remind attendees to visit you all in the Ambassador Ballroom. We ask that you limit this to a small stack of a single brochure in order to accommodate all participating companies.Shipping & Handling Information

Our receiving dock business hours are 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Labour charges for weekend deliveries/pickups may apply.
