Non-profit Registration Rate
Please note that multiple factors, including legal status as a non-profit, will determine whether non-profit rates apply to you. DIA reserves the right to make that determination according to internal criteria. All Trade Associations are by definition excluded from registering with these rates.
Open to undergraduate, graduate, or PhD students under 32 on the 1st day of the conference, and who are:
- Enrolled in a full-time program at a recognized institution; or
- Completing a full-time internship with proof of continued enrolment.
Students who are currently employed full-time are not eligible. Personal details such as identification numbers may be redacted. All documents will be treated as confidential.

This rate is available to employees of organisations registered with the EMA as an SME. Being an SME alone does not qualify—EMA registration must be verified via the EMA SME registry or a valid confirmation document (including expiry date).

Open to first-time DIA Europe attendees under 32 on the 1st day of the conference, who have graduated from a full-time degree programme within 4 years from the date of the 1st day of the conference.

Registering on Behalf of a Colleague?
If you are registering for a colleague, please download and complete the registration form below.
Once completed, kindly return the form to basel@diaglobal.org.
After we have received and processed the form, you will be sent a copy of the invoice along with a secure payment link to complete the registration.
Group Rates
Bring your team and maximise your value—group rates are available after the Early Bird deadline for organisations registering together. Please note: Early Bird registrations cannot be combined into a group or used retrospectively.
Register 10 participants from the same company and receive 1 complimentary registration—a great way to extend your team’s access and impact. All registrations must be completed and paid at the same time.
The complimentary pass is based on the lowest applicable fee and excludes optional events and DIA membership.
Need flexibility? You can substitute participants (same membership status) if plans change—administrative fees may apply.
Group rates are not available online and do not apply to other discounted categories (e.g. government or nonprofit/academia). To secure your group offer, contact Basel@DIAglobal.org after the Early Bird deadline.
