Call for Posters
DIA and the Programme Committee invite you to submit a poster for DIA Europe 2027. The Professional Poster Programme is your opportunity to share your research with life sciences community - including representatives from regulatory authorities, HTA bodies, industry, academia, and patient organisations.
Submission deadline: 5 November 2026
Present Your Research at DIA Europe 2027
DIA Europe 2027 is the largest neutral regulatory science conference on the continent, bringing together professionals from across the full medicines and medical devices lifecycle - from clinical development and pharmacovigilance to market access, digital health, and real-world evidence. A poster submission is your platform to present original findings, case studies, or methodological advances to a highly engaged international audience, and to contribute directly to the scientific programme at one of Europe's most prominent life sciences gatherings.
- Prepare your poster summary.
Provide a clear title, author details, and a concise description of your poster's objectives, methods, key findings, and conclusions. Focused submissions with well-defined outcomes have the best chance of acceptance. - Submit via the online portal.
Complete your submission through the poster submission portal before 5 November 2026. You will need a DIA account to submit. - Await review and notification.
All poster submissions are reviewed by the Programme Committee. Authors will be notified of acceptance decisions following the review period. - Display your poster in Basel.
Accepted authors present their work onsite in a dedicated high-traffic poster area. Selected authors will also be invited for a podium presentation slot.
