Yes, DIA Global Annual Meeting 2027 will be in-person at the San Diego Convention Center, June 28– July 01, 2027.

Where can I find the most updated agenda for DIA Global Annual Meeting 2027?
Please check back for the Schedule-at-a-glange, the full agenda will launch in Janaury 2027.
Will the sessions be recorded and available afterwards?
No, sessions will not be recorded or made available after the event. However, attendees will have access to the slides, for most sessions, for 6 months post event.
Will there be a meeting app available?
Yes. The Global Annual Meeting will have an app that will allow you to check the schedule, create a profile, and get the latest announcements. Attendees will receive a link to download the app with instructions and password the week before the meeting. Learn more.
Can you accommodate ADA or dietary requirements?
The Convention Center is ADA friendly and equipped with accessibility in mind. A limited number of wheelchairs are available free of charge at each facility.
Requests for special meals due to dietary restrictions should be sent to AnnualMeetingProgram@DIAglobal.org. 15 days' advance notice is needed to ensure accommodations can be made with Sodexo, the exclusive caterer at the San Diego Convention Center. Beyond 15 days, accommodation may not be possible on the first day of arrival.

Yes, there will be a Justification letter to download and fill out. the DIA Global Annual Meeting 2027 Justification Letter will be available soon.
Can I transfer my registration to a colleague?
Yes. If you can't attend, you may transfer your registration to a colleague. Deadline for name change: June 11, 2027. Please contact NAevents@DIAglobal.org.
What is the attendee cancellation policy?
All cancellations must be made in writing and received by DIA Customer Service four weeks prior to the event start date. Cancellations are subject to an administrative fee of $200. Please review our full Cancellation Policy.

Where and when can I pick up my badge?

Do you have special offers for flights?
Yes. United and Delta Airlines are offering DIA attendees special meeting discounts of 2–10% off published fares based on booking class. More information can be found on our Travel page.
San Diego International Airport is located three miles from downtown San Diego and approximately 10 minutes from the Convention Center. It serves 60+ nonstop markets with 500 daily flights. Sessions & Continuing Education
Are there short courses available prior to the conference?
Yes, short courses are available at additional cost. Regisgtration will open in February 20227.

Can I collect Continuing Education credits at DIA Global Annual Meeting?
Yes. To receive CE credit, scan your DIA badge at each session within 20 minutes of the start time. Participants who do not scan within the allotted window will not be eligible for credit for that session. If you attend multiple overlapping sessions, only the last scanned entry will be recorded. Be sure to complete your session evaluation at the end of each day.
